20 person fall ill after eating pantry food in New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express

20 passengers fall ill due to food poisoning in Delhi Bhubaneswar Rajdhani  Express on Sunday (7.04.19) after eating foods which were served by the railways, According to the sources.

A railway spokesperson said doctors at Gomoh station attended people who fell sick after eating the meal. But all the passengers have been in the stable condition as of now, The affected include kids also.

The train was also stopped at Bokaro station to provide medical treatment to the affected passengers. The angry passengers created a scene at the railway station, The senior officials of railways brought things under control.

A doctor at Bokaro station attended to the ill passengers and as a precaution he is travelling in the train for any medical emergency. All passengers are well no one detrained. The pantry car is also being checked and the food samples provided by the IRCTC are collected to investigate the quality of the food.

The food was given to the passengers at night when the train departed from New Delhi station on Saturday evening and right after eating the food many passengers started feeling uneasy and they started complaining stomach ache, Vomiting, Loose motion & when the situations were out of control then the train was stopped at Bokaro railway station.
